Represented a foundation in an abuse of dominance claim against a major technology company, with a damages claim of almost EUR 5 billion on behalf of European consumers.

Represented eight multinational companies in cartel damages follow-on claims against truck manufacturers.

Represented multinational airlines in air cargo follow-on damages cases.

Represented corporate clients in cartel claims against cardboard and paper cartels.

Represented four utility companies in cartel damages claims involving a worldwide power cables cartel.

Acted in multiple competition law investigations by the European Commission and the Dutch competition authority, among others in the air cargo, telecommunications, insulated glass, flour, and retail food packaging sector, as well as in internal investigations.

Representing the Fair Trade Authority of Curaçao (FTAC) in their first-ever competition law fine case.

Amsterdam Court rules on how to calculate damages in air cargo cartel cases
